  • The pastry products factory "BOUSMALIS S.A." started its operation in 1951 as a traditional factory for the production of Dough Products with the primary use of patisserie ingredients such as kantaifi, fillo pastry, puff pastry etc. It was also a pioneer company and ONE of the VERY FEW in mass production of its kind.

  • The MAIN principles and the PHILOSOPHY of the company WERE and ARE to always produce its products with the same pure and traditional way and to keep the quality of the ingredients in the same HIGH LEVELS.

  • The products "Bousmalis" are prepared with the MOST STRICT PREARRANGEMENTS OF HYGIENE by the BEST IN QUALITY INGREDIENTS, chosen from specialist Producers under the constant supervision of Mr Bousmalis who produces these products for 50 years now. Also, modern machinery for production and packing are used, based always on our Customary Traditional Recipes.

  • The many years of experience and the responsibility towards the product on one hand, and to the consumer public on the other have enlisted us FAIRLY in the FIRST PLACE in the field of Dough Products Production (Fresh and Frozen). The Company "Bousmalis S.A". GUARANTEES the best results in all of the products of production, sweet or salty, and for this reason it has gained the ABSOLUTE TRUST of its customers.

  • Today with the EXPERIENCE of the company's 50 years of operation, having already moved to our New Facilities ( 3.000 m2 ), the products "Bousmalis S.A." are distributed throughout the geographical borders of Greece, having already conquered the consumers of West Europe (England, Germany, Belgium, Holland) as well as Poland and Russia.
