pastry products factory "BOUSMALIS
S.A."
started its operation in 1951 as a traditional factory for the
production of Dough Products with the primary use of
patisserie ingredients such as kantaifi, fillo pastry, puff
pastry etc. It was also a pioneer company and ONE of the VERY FEW
in mass production of its kind.

products "Bousmalis"
are prepared with the MOST
STRICT PREARRANGEMENTS OF HYGIENE by the BEST
IN QUALITY INGREDIENTS, chosen from specialist Producers
under the constant supervision of Mr
Bousmalis who produces these products for 50 years now. Also, modern machinery for production and
packing are used, based always on our Customary Traditional
Recipes.

product on one hand, and to the consumer public on the other

having already conquered the consumers of West Europe
(England, Germany, Belgium, Holland) as well as Poland and
Russia.
